He was predeceased by: his son Duke Raymond Ramage, Jr.; his stepson William Ray Cook; and his siblings, Pressley Ramage and Judy Pierce. He is survived by: his children, Nancy Dianne Cassidy of Ohio, Debra Langloise of Tucson, Betty Dew (Brian) of Mississippi and Daniel Ramage of Atlanta, GA; and his sister Mary Malcolm (Billy) of Louisville, KY. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
