With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Diana Sue Hazelbaker of Nebo, Kentucky, born in Evansville, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 8, 2024 at the age of 80. She was predeceased by: her parents, Amplis Orlando Hart and Rita Mae Holeman Hart; her siblings, Vivian Hart, Linda Hart and Micheal Hart; and her great grandchildren, Asher and Jordan.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila Orton (Alan) of Pinehurse, Connie Hazelbaker of Princeton, KY, Terrie Meyer (Kevin) of Moscow, Idalo and Micheal Hazelbaker (April) of Clarkston, WA; her siblings, Sheila Rzepka of Rabbit Ridge, KY, Mary Hart of Madisonville, KY, Annette Baucum of Evansville, IN, Donna Wallace of Spokane, WA, Marvin Hart of Rabbit Ridge, KY, Tommy Hart of Dawson Springs, KY and Jerry Hart of Alaska; and her grandchildren, Randy, Christopher, Nathan, Josh, Kaylee, Silas (Boogie), Nikki, Kristin, Chelsey, Kyle, Shane, Ryanne and Andrew. She is also survived by twenty-four great-grandchildren.
