She was predeceased by: her parents, Christine Love Gish Thurby and Thomas Howton Thurby; her husband James Farmer; and her brothers, Giley "Buddy" Thomas Thurby, Larry Gene Thurby and James Roland Thurby.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Bryant of Henderson, Lisa "David" Current of Evansville, IN and Bryan Keith Wheeler (Pam) of Kinston, NC; and her sister Kaye Orrick of Madisonville. She is also survived by several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
