He is survived by: his spouse Eula Lantrip of Leitchfield, KY; his daughters, Vicky Lantrip (Sue Buntin) of Madisonville, Teresa Starr (Steve) of Madisonville and Tammy Skeen (Clint) of Madisonville; his grandchildren, Derrick Epley, Jessica Neal (Josh), Dakota Skeen (Emiley) and Alexis Skeen; his great grandchild Addison Skeen; and also Scott Lantrip (Jessica Hughes) of Leitchfield, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
