She is survived by: her daughters, Nicole Smith and Natalie Smith; her grandchildren, Breanna Smith, Sophie Sykes, Willow Smith and Wyatt Smith; and her sisters, Susan Barbara Spalding and Dorothy Ann Myers. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
