He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond "Squirrely" Leslie Morris and Mille Jane West Tucker; his children, Leslie Glen Morris and Vernon Lee Morris, Jr.; and his brother Raymond Junior Morris.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Lucille Morris; his children, Roger Lee Morris (Lisa) of Nancy, KY and Jo Ann Morris of Russell Springs, KY; his grandchildren, Faith Nicole Morris of Nancy, KY and Jessie Brianna Bryant of Russell Springs, KY.; and his siblings, Wilma Cooper of Somerset, KY, Lois Wilson of Somerset, KY, Louise Randolph (Steve) of Indianapolis, IN, Margaret Redwine (Arnold) of Oak Ridge, TN, Darrell Morris (Jenny Lou) of Somerset, KY and Carolyn Mitchell (Ron) of Somerset, KY.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, along with many lifelong friends.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, social distancing guidelines will be in place and face coverings are recommended.
