With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Troy Sandlin of Nancy, Kentucky, born in Clay, Kentucky, who passed away on April 8, 2021 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carter Sandlin and Betsy Napier; his wife Beverly Lynn Sandlin; and his siblings, Lorene Sandlin, Hazel Smith, Ora Mae Folenius, Ilene King and Donald Johnson.
He is survived by: his daughter Betsy Sandlin (Jason Griffey) of Sewanee, TN; his siblings, Carter Henry Sandlin of Columbus, OH, Ed Sandlin of Booneville, KY, John Sandlin of Mt. Healthy, OH, Marie Wilson of Hamilton, OH and Fay Waggoner of Mt. Orb; his grandchildren, Hannah Sandlin, Courtney Sandlin, Logan Sandlin, Eliza Griffey and Drevin Maybrier; and his stepgrandchildren, Ashley Ridener and Victoria Winchester. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
