He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley M. Fox and Lena A. Fox; and his brother Mark Fox. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Fox; his son Haydon Fox of Nancy; his stepsons, Jeremy Hutson of Nancy and Tyler Hutson of Church Hill, TN; his sisters, Melissa Grant (Les) of Nancy and Wanda Robertson of Somerset; and his nieces and nephews, Jonathan Fox of Nancy, Amanda Titus (Greg) of Nancy, Liam Burchett of Nancy, Hannah Grant of Nancy and Sarah Grant of Nancy. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to his Memorial Fund.
