It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thurman Mullins of Nancy, Kentucky, born in Letcher, Kentucky, who passed away on January 9, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Lonnie Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Judy Campbell Mullins; and his granddaughter Cailee Renee Mullins.

The family requests expressions of sympathy be made to the Pulaski County Alzheimer's Center.
