He is survived by: his daughter Paula Rutherford Frazier (Bob) of West Chester, OH; his grandchildren, Robert Frazier III of West Chester, OH, Alyssa Frazier of West Chester, OH and Katherine Frazier of West Chester, OH; his siblings, Dan Rutherford, Gale Rutherford, Glenn Rutherford, Tony Rutherford, Ruth Hines, Opal Lee Rainey, Barbara Bland and Relada Merrick; and the mother of his child Georgia Fulcher Hyden of Somerset, KY.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
