He was predeceased by: his father Richard Meadows Sr.; and his brother Tracey Meadows. He is survived by: his wife Debra Meadows; his children, Tony Ritchie (Heather), Jason Keaton, Alexandrea Meadows (Joey), Danielle Anderson (Cody), Jodie Fallon (Chris), Haylee Keaton, Susan Ritchie (Mikey), Tammy Ritchie and Connie Ritchie (Fec); and his siblings, Gary Meadows (Audra), Clifford Meadows (Angie), Brian Meadows (Jennifer) and Barb Choate (James). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild; along with a host of nieces and nephews.
