It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ova Anna West of Nancy, Kentucky, who passed away on October 5, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Corbett and Eva Ellen Wright Buck; her husband J. W. West; her daughter Priscilla K. Burton; her siblings, Martha Scott, James Riley Buck, Mary Taylor, Ollie Gibson, Irene Buck, Frances Boggs, Elmes Buck and Herman Buck; and her nephew Jimmy Sandusky (Eva Buck).
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Ann Burton of Nancy and Tony Stephen West (Brian) of Nancy; her grandchildren, Scott Burton, Kendra Warf and Amanda Burton Denton (Eric); her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Carroll, Gabriel Warf and Tashaun Dean; and her son-in-law Steve Burton. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of Flowers, the family suggest that contributions be made in memory of Ova to the Hospice of Lake Cumberland, 100 Parkway Drive, Somerset, Kentucky 42503.
