She was predeceased by: her parents, Elijah Fields and Belva Wallce Fields; her husband Jay T. Mullins; her son Jay Darren Mullins; and her siblings, Pridemore Fields, Edward Holly Fields, Johnny Wayne Fields, Lucy Ramey, Gaynell Smith and Fayetta Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Keen (Jesse) and Clara Simpson (Ken). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
