He is survived by: his wife Joan Hines Garner of Nancy; his daughter Claudett Turpen of Nancy; his grandchildren, Nickolas Turpen and Natalee Turpen; his great grandchild Myles Turpen; his siblings, Linzie Garner (Regina) of Nancy, Marie Frye (Wayneth) of Nancy and Janice Whitaker of Nancy; his son-in-law Joey Turpen; his sons, Jason and Kyle Turpen; his friends, Randy, Rick, Billy and Sue Barker; and also, Robert and Ovalene Barker.
