She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Combs and Lonnie Pigman Combs; and her grandmother Perk. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Perkins Flynn of Nancy and Mark Williams (Venita) of Batesville, IN; her grandchildren, Christy Cox (Jamie) and Michael Williams (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Grayson, Maxwell and Oliver; her husband Arnold Perkins; her daughter Linnie Sue Williams; her brothers, John H. Combs, Jr. and Leland Combs; and her son-in-law Rodger Flynn. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
