He is survived by: his wife Norma Cox Reese of Nancy, KY; and his stepchildren, Russell Lee (Lynn), Terry A. Shepherd (Martha) of Cincinnati, OH, Henry N. Shepherd (Rhonda) of Oklahoma City, OK, Pamela S. West of Amelia, OH and Melissa Taylor of Florence, KY. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
