We are sad to announce that on November 6, 2024, at the age of 77, Hoy Compton of Nancy, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Huey Glenn Compton and Jessie Mae Dunsmore Compton; and his brother Roger Compton. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Ruble Compton; his children, Hoy Compton, Jr. (Steve) of Fremont, OH, Christopher Compton of Nancy, Lisa Pottin (John) of Somerset, Penny Ryan of Nancy and Cherish Haynes (Richard) of Richmond, KY; his sisters, Joan Bland of Nancy, Lucille Morris of Nancy, Kay Lyons of Nancy, Brenda Burton of Nancy and Carolyn Blan (Michael) of Russell Springs; and his grandchildren, Aireus Harris and Mikael Haynes. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
