She is survived by: her husband Jim Costanzo; her mother Pauline Weddle; her siblings, Roger (Anna) and Connie (Wynn); her children, Nicole Medina (Héctor) and Jamie Costanzo (Zsuzsi); and her grandchildren, Klara, Adriel, Gabriela, John William and Tobias.

In lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Somerset, KY.
