He is survived by: his former wife Brenda Roberts; his children, James Chuck Baker of Somerset, Timothy Baker (Heather) of Eubank, Brenda Sears of Somerset and Tammy Baker Clingan of Spring City, TN.; and his grandchildren, Zachary Richardson, Tisha Schuitema, James Baker (Kathryn) of Eubank, Kenneth Baker (Carla) of Somerset, Denica Leffew and Kelsey Green of Spring City, TN.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
