He is survived by: his mother Mary Anna Phelps Ryan of Science Hill; his daughters, Stephanie Jo Smith of Somerset and Jennifer Underwood (Christopher) of Fayetteville, TN; his grandchildren, Blake Wade Smith, Gage Underwood, Brandon Joshua Smith, Shelby Underwood, Ella Underwood and Zac Underwood; his siblings, James Ryan (Joyce) of Nancy, Joseph Ryan of Nancy and Beverly Lopes of Eubank; and his close friend David Walters of Middletown, OH. He is also survived by extended family members, neighbors and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lake Cumberland Funeral Home (1046 KY-80, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home (1046 KY-80, Somerset, KY 42503).
Honoring Bobbie's request, the family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions take the form of donations to Hospice of Lake Cumberland in memory of Bobbie Ryan.
