He is survived by: his wife Jackie Collins (Longfellow); his children, Eric Collins, Bethany Burton and Stacey Bates; and his grandchildren, Logan, Jacob, Landon Bates, Kaeden McGee, Julia, Raelynn Bates, Karli Adams (Jacob) and Kelli Flynn. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
