She was predeceased by: her parents, Taz Thornton and Myrtle Louise Thornton (Cole); and her brothers, Dickie Gayle Keeler and Randall "Randy" Thornton. She is survived by: her children, Annette Pridemore of Murray, KY, Mark Wilson of Hazel, KY and William Futrell of Midway; her grandchildren, Danielle Willoughby of Mayfield, KY, Justin Taz Futrell of Murray, KY and Aiden Wilson of Hazel, KY; and her great grandchild Thomas Dalton.
