He is survived by: his wife Jacquelynn Evans Adams; his children, Teresa Ellis (Wayne), Cedar, Tina Kowalczyk and Vincent Kowalczyk (Sherrie); his sister Ann Byrd (Bobby); his grandchildren, Phillip Wilson, Michelle Tinsley, Christina Kabalan, Nathan Kowalczyk, Ryan Kowalczyk and Justin Kowalczyk; his great grandchildren, Phillip Wilson, Hunter Wilson, Randal Wilson, Landon Kabalan, Halle Kabalan, Zane Tinsley, Noah Tinsley, Kiera Tinsley, Liam Kowalczyk and Rylee Kowalczyk; and also Mayfield.
