She is survived by: her parents, Tyler and Tosha; her grandparents, Larry, Beckie Taylor, Mike, Rhonda Wicker and Greg Schanbacher; her uncles, Blake Schanbacher and Austin Hammond; her aunt Jessica (Alyssa Wicker); her great-grandparents, Priscilla Schanbacher, Wanda Cooke, Jimmy, Betty Haley and Rachel Wicker; and her pets, Benny and Lily.
A memorial fund has been set up to plant a tree at the Murray State University Arboretum in Whitley's honor.
