He is survived by: his wife Connie; his daughter Tammy Marie Falkowski Gooch (Jim) of Paris, TN; his grandchildren, Bryan Dale Mullin of Imperial Beach, CA and Breyanne Marie Sperry (Justin) of Murray; and his great grandchildren, Dawson A. Sperry, Dalyliah M. Sperry, Lilley T. Sperry, Oakley T. Sperry and Ezra K. Sperry.
