She is survived by: her husband Billy Joe Puckett; her sons, Gerry Joe Puckett (Lisa J.), Murray and Brett Clark Puckett (Bonnie L.); her sister Linda Smith (Sam); and her grandchildren, Robert Puckett, Brian Puckett and Brittany Puckett. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
