He was predeceased by: his father Robert Hicks. He is survived by: his mother Peggie Hicks (Spiceland) of Murray, Kentucky; his siblings, Pamela Crews (Lyen) of Versailles, Kentucky and Timothy Hicks (Debbie) of Dearborn Heights, Michigan; his nieces and nephews, Anthony Pernice (Emily) of Versailles, Elizabeth Novielli (Paul Lexington), Samantha Hicks and Cody Hicks; and his great-niece Aubrey Pernice.
