She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Duncan and Betty Josephine Freeze. She is survived by: her sons, Larry Caldwell (Alexandra) of Fulton, KY and Travis Beard (Brittnie) of Mayfield; and her grandchildren, Serenity Caldwell, Alexa, Alaya, Miley, Maddie, Addie Beard, Jeslyn Caldwell and Jayden Burkeen.
