He was predeceased by: his parents, Milford B. Johnson and Anna Mae Johnson; and his brothers, Ronald B. Johnson and Ricky Paul Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Tamera Carol Johnson Russell of Aurora, KY and Marty Johnson (Kym) of Paducah, KY; and his sisters, Becky Gooch of Paris, Beth Johnson of Jackson, TN, Jodi Bryant of Clarksville, TN and Michelle Johnson of Paris. He is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
