It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rickey Wayne Dowdy (Murray, Kentucky), who passed away on December 7, 2019, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dowdy and Edith Schroader; and his siblings, Frank Dowdy, Jerry Dowdy, Darrell Dowdy and Sharon Elkins.

He is survived by: his sons, Rickey Dowdy (Catherine) of Owensboro and Charles Dowdy of Indiana; and his sister Patsy Bogard of Murray.
