She is survived by: her children, Melissa Miller (Billy Barnhill), Donna Maynard of Murray, Carma Bell (Steve) of Murray, Kentucky and Mike Miller (Shelia) of Dexter, Kentucky; her sister Cathey Wrye (Joe) of Murray, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Jamie Salata, Jacob Bell, Michael Chad Maynard (Alex), Brian Maynard (Takina Bomar) and Jeremy Miller (LeAnne); her great grandchildren, Matthew, Zachary Salata, Konner, Karson Miller and Elliott Maynard; and her caregiver Traci Wells.
