He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Dean Carroll Garland; his daughters, Chance Garland of Largo, FL and Mya Garland of Largo, FL; his stepfather Jimmy Cochran of Murray; his grandsons, Bryson and Braxton Wacker of Seminole, FL; his brother Rick Garland (Donna) of Fulton; and his nephews, Justin Garland (Terri) of Murray, Josh Garland (Julia) of Murray and Mason Garland of Fulton.
