She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Busenbark (Kevin) of Mayfield, KY and Melissa Reed of Murray, KY; her siblings, Bill Foy (Berdie) of Cuba, KY, Larry Foy of Cuba, KY, Dale Foy (Paula) of San Antonio, TX, Shellie Bradshaw (Sammy) of Murray, KY and Mildred Peal (Bill) of Lynnville, KY; and her grandchildren, Vanessa Charles, Corey Reed (Kim), Krystal Reed, Autumn Kirks, John Kirks (Billy), Tara Johnson (Jason), Joshua Macek, Amber Busenbark and Sherri Tyson. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
