He is survived by: his wife Monika; his children, Scott Swart of Roseville, CA, Keith "Duncan" Swart of Roseville, CA and Coleen Shaye Hughes (Scott) of Taylor, MI; his siblings, Gary Swart of Taylor, MI, Barbara McNutt (Robert) of Taylor, MI and Diane Martin (John) of Romulus, MI; and his grandchildren, Chelsey, Zachary Hughes and Calvin Swart.
