It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Novella Phillips Carroll of Murray, Kentucky, born in Dexter, Kentucky, who passed away on January 2, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Phillips and Harriet Duncan Phillips; her husband Donald Duane Carroll; and her siblings, Bob Phillips, Franklin Phillips, Earl Phillips, Joe Phillips, Louis Phillips, Pansy Pritchett, Mary Ward, Ruby Phillips, Dora Frances Houser and Fairy Pritchett.

She is survived by: her friend Marie Taylor. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
