She is survived by: her mother Mary Lamarr Payne; her children, Nerasha Payne and Nevon Payne; her siblings, Bonnie Payne, Walter Payne (Sherrill) and James E. Payne, Jr.; her aunt Janice Cooper; and her great-aunt Jeanette. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
