She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernice Franklin and Vennie Lenora Bishop (Curtis); her husband James D. Futrell; and her siblings, Charles F. Bishop, Wiley Bishop, Geneva Bell, Myrtle Garner, Agnes Self, Nell McCuiston and Joyce Robinson.
She is survived by: her children, Reta Gray (Ronnie) of Murray, KY, Steve Futrell (Janice) of East Alton, IL, Jimmy Futrell of Murray, KY, Bob Futrell (Judy) of Murray, KY and Marty Futrell of Murray, KY. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, 2 great great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
