It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Myrna Louise Kaegi of Murray, Kentucky, who passed away on November 12, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Taylor Kaegi; her parents, Archie Shoemate and Susan Shoemate; her adoptive parents, Emory Shoemate and Christine Shoemate; and her stepmother Rose Shoemate.
She is survived by: her daughter Sarah Kaegi of Murray, KY; her brother Gerald Shoemate of Blandinsville, IL; her friend Maria Gobel; and her stepsister Dorothy Wisslead of Illinois. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
