He was predeceased by: his siblings, Elmo Carney and Doris Anderson. He is survived by: his children, David Carney, Chris Carney, Tim Carney, Cynthia Akins and Annita Ziegler; and his siblings, Thomas Carney, Charles Carney, Charlene Anderson, Joy Hicks and Billie McGill. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren.
