He is survived by: his wife Karen Cook of Murray; his brother Jonathan Cook of Poplar Bluff, MO; his half-brother Wayne Odom of Pace, FL; his sister Judith Ann Williams of Kennett, MO; and his grandsons, Cole Cook of Chicago, IL and Nick Coleman of Murray.
