She is survived by: her sons, Gary Crutchfield (Margrit) of Florissant, CO, Robert Crutchfield of Murray, KY and Edward Crutchfield (Melissa) of Johnson City, TN; her grandchildren, Charles Crutchfield (A.), James Crutchfield, Emily, Amanda and Hannah Crutchfield; and her great grandchild Kenton Dean Crutchfield.
