She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Adair and Ruby Turner Hendon Adair; her husband Billy Smotherman; her stepfather Otis Adair; her sisters, Lilly Mae Morgan and Roberta Myers; and her grandchildren, Thomas and Curtis Smotherman.
She is survived by: her children, Tonya Smotherman (Jeff Mitchuson) of Hardin, Tammy Graves (Jeff) of Puryear, Terry Smotherman of Murray and Johnny Hendon (Debbie) of Indiana; her sister Linda Dockins of Florida; and her grandchild MacKensie Vacca (Blake) of Tonya Hendon, J. J. She is also survived by three great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
