He was predeceased by: his son Gary Rowland; his brother Gary Rowland; and his parents, Jimmy Dale and Zeffie Byars Rowland. He is survived by: his wife Crystal Elston Rowland; and his brother Jimmy Dale Rowland, Jr. of Aurora. He is also survived by five grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
