She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Andrew and Edna Billington Donelson; her husband Edgar Mason Maddox; her daughter Deborah Orr; and her siblings, Andrew Garrett, Elsie Miller, Luvena Lovett and Nancy Steele.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shirley Miller of Murray, Melvonna Dowdy (Aaron) of Reidland, Candy Garland (Danny) of House Springs, MO and Lisa Bucy (Van) of Murray; and her grandchildren, Sherry Stewart, Amy Johnson, Esther Julian, Andrew Garland, Matthew Garland, Jonathon Garland, Nathaniel Garland, Benjamin Garland, Susanna Garland and Audrey Swierk.
