With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Loucretia McDougal (Murray, Kentucky), who passed away on November 1, 2019 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Pauline Dowdy Shepeard and James Shepeard. She is survived by: her husband Gene McDougal; her children, Natalie Noah-Wilson (Eric) and Terry McDougal (Lisa); and her siblings, Judy Moore, Awnna Strickland and Phillip Shepeard (Hyburnia). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
