He was predeceased by: his parents, Luke Blanton and Virginia Blanton (Stubblefield); his siblings, Gladys Partee, Ruthie Patrick, Virginia Milliken, L. V. Blanton, Junior Blanton, Charles Blanton and Johnny Blanton, Sr. (Blanton); and his children, Marquette Foster Vaughn (Chris) of Austin, TX, Kaycee Carman of Mayfield, KY, Kalisha Belcher and Marcellus Foster of Murray, KY..
He is survived by: his siblings, Jorine Kinley (James) of Murray, KY, Jenny Sue Belvet of Fayetteville, NC, Mammie Foster of Murray, KY and Eugene Blanton (Vernita) of Murray, KY. He is also survived by seven grandchildren two great grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews.
