He was predeceased by: his parents, R. C. Kendall and Earlene Kendall (Thorn); and his siblings, Ann Smith and Franklin Kendall. He is survived by: his wife Debora Hill Kendall of Murray, KY; his son Mark Kendall (Tina) of New Concord, KY; his sister Eula Atterberry of Kirksey, KY; his grandchildren, Ashlie Wilford, Taylor Kendall of Murray, KY, David Stewart, Jr. (Katie) of Dexter, KY, Steven Stewart of Dallas, TX, Heather Napper (Adam) of Midland, TX, Jason Stewart (Rebecca) of Almo, KY and Christian Stewart of Murray, KY; and his great grandchildren, Brylee Wilford, Grayson Wilford, Brooklyn Kendall, Braxton Bolling, Adalyn Stewart, Anabelle Stewart, Caroline Stewart, Arden Stewart and Blair Stewart. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family asks that memorial contributions be made to the giver's favorite charity.
