He was predeceased by: his parents, Finis Clinton Barrow and Edna Earl Mathis Barrow; his brother Dan O'Neal Barrow; his grandparents, Finis Henry Barrow, Florence Wofford Barrow, Curn Mathis and Edith Sills Mathis; his parents-in-law, Rudy Hunter Bucy and Myrtie Helen Hendrick Bucy; and his siblings-in-law, Jenna Tripp Bucy, Lavina Bucy and Bob Bucy.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dot" Ann Bucy Barrow of Murray; his children, Shellie Anne Barrow (Tim Cunningham) of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Kevin Dale Barrow of Murray, Kentucky; his brothers, Flenoy Barrow (Loretta) of Murray and David Barrow (Brenda) of Murray, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Alanna Nicole Rogers of Tulsa, Aaron Young Rogers of Tulsa, Talitha Dawn Cunningham Heatley (Justin) of Oklahoma City and Seth Andrew Lee of Murray, Kentucky; his great grandchildren, Aviana Anice Perry of Tulsa and Legend O'Mari Nance of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his siblings-in-law, Jimmy Bucy of Murray, Kentucky and Zandra Bailey of Murray, Kentucky; his aunts, Sybil Barrow of Murray, Sue Sills of Murray, Evelyn Mathis of Paris and Janet Mathis of Calvert City, Kentucky; and his uncle Ned Mathis (Julie) of Murray, Kentucky. He is also survived by nine nieces, nine nephews, and several great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
