He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Keating-Downs; his siblings, Debra Rogers (Mike), Mike Downs (Patti) and Scot Downs (Teresa); and his children, Amanda Young, Becky Barnhill, Krystal Barrow (Brandon), Mandy Avery-Hust (James), John Downs (Katrina), Nikki Pittman, Justin Downs and Lonnie Paschall.
