He was predeceased by: his father James Puckett; and his son Scott Puckett. He is survived by: his sons, Brian Puckett of Indianapolis and James Puckett of Indianapolis; his siblings, Max Odell Puckett (Pam) of Indiana and Yvonne Arment (William) of Anaheim, CA; and his grandchildren, Angel and Emily Puckett.
